8. Payment Terms: 100% of the order amount must be paid at the time of ordering. No products will be produced or shipped until full payment has been received.
9. Sample Verification: It is highly recommended to verify and approve the samples before production begins. Once you provide your approval, we will proceed with production based on the approved sample design.
10. Design Change Restrictions: Once production has started, design changes are not possible. Please ensure that the final approved design meets your requirements to avoid any inconvenience.
11. Shipping Charges and Lab Report Charges: The shipping charges and any additional lab report charges are not included in the quote you receive. These charges will be communicated to you separately, and you are responsible for covering them.
